Refund policy

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that personalized products cannot be returned unless they are damaged. Likewise, gift certificates and downloadable software products are excluded from returns.

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase. Please send the items to the following address:

Upon receipt and inspection of your products, you will receive a notification via email. The refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original method of payment.

Please note that you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Processing refunds can take up to 14 days depending on your bank provider.

SALE ITEMS

Refunds are only applicable to regularly priced items; sale items are excluded from refunds.

EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or another item, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.
